In this beautiful cookbook Pascal Barbot, one of the most reputed and internationally-acclaimed French chefs, reveals his concept of cooking in the restaurant he created with Christophe Rohat in 2000: the three-star Michelin restaurant L'Astrance. There are some books we publish which, from the outset, you know are going to be special. This was true of the first book from Philip Howard: a collection of recipes from his restaurant, The Square. We knew we wouldn't be able do the recipes justice in one volume, so it became two — a first volume, The Square: The Cookbook Volume 1: Savoury, followed by The Square: The Cookbook Volume 2: Sweet (due in June 2013). We knew we couldn't limit it to the conventional two pages per recipe and food photo, so they each became either 4 or 6 pages. We knew we couldn't illustrate anything less than every one of those recipes, so one of the world's finest food photographers, Jean Cazals, did just that. Svenska Utifran is a series of educational materials for beginners in Swedish. The series consists of a textbook, short dictionaries (the Swedish-English & Swedish-German dictionary is out of stock and will not be reprinted), a set of cassettes or CDs, a schematic grammar featuring Swedish structures and everyday phrases, two exercise books and a pronunciation guide. The textbook is exclusively in Swedish and contains information about Swedish society and culture. The texts are illustrated with both drawings and photos. The grammar and exercise books are based on the textbook, but can also be used independently. It should be noted that the material is not intended for self-instruction. |

В рамках журнала нам хочется наладить диалог не только с профессионалами в области дошкольного образования, но и с родителями, которые непосредственно сталкиваются со всем многообразием проявлений дошкольного возраста. Именно родители обладают той уникальной информацией, которая передает особенности становления ребенка в условиях современности. |
