Dog has everything he needs in his big blue suitcase — it's the perfect fit for all the little treasures he has collected along the way — and Dog is sure that he is happy just him and his suitcase. Until one night, Mouse comes along and Dog discovers that life is richer and more fun with a friend and his big blue suitcase is actually just right for two. Oh Dog, said Mouse. You look sad. What's wrong? Well, sighed Dog, I thought I had everything I needed in my suitcase. But now I think I need something else — though I really don't know what... Don't worry, smiled Mouse. Whatever it is, we'll find it! A Stories Aloud paperback title — includes a free audio reading using children's voices, complete with sound effects and original music. |

There's more trouble afoot for the little girl whose Granny is a (shhh, whisper it) witch, whom we first met in Hubble Bubble Granny Trouble. Granny just loves to magic things along and a trip to the supermarket is anything but ordinary. However, Pandora quite likes things to be normal(ish) and when fishfingers start flying around she soon tells her Granny to behave. But when Pandora spots a couple of robbers up to no good, an extra-ordinary magical Granny is exactly what's needed! My granny's rather... different, as you can plainly see. Her handbag pops and hisses and her pets are slippery! Her house is in a quiet street although it's kind of batty! She'd have the neighbours round for tea, except they're not that chatty. |
|
My granny is quite... different, of that there is no doubt. In a world jam-packed with grannies, you'd always pick her out! Granny just loves to help and a little bit of magic always speeds things along. Sometimes, though, all her granddaughter wants to do is spend some normal(ish) time with her beloved granny. But will her birthday party go with a POP without any magic? |
